Services Offered by idrv Inc.

idrv Inc. provides an app-based platform that seamlessly connects vehicle owners with professional, on-demand, certified chauffeurs. Our services are designed to offer convenience, safety, and reliability. idrv Inc. also allows bookings through our website, and all terms and conditions outlined here apply to web-based bookings as well.

Testing Phase & Limited Services

idrv Inc. is currently in its testing phase, meaning we may have limited availability for services. We appreciate your patience as we refine our platform and improve our offerings.

Terms of Use Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to:

1. Abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Review and accept these terms prior to downloading or using the app.
3. Ensure that any vehicle you register on our platform is road-ready, properly insured, and complies with all legal and safety requirements.

Insurance Requirement

You agree that your vehicle:

1. Must be appropriately insured to cover its use by our chauffeurs.
2. Has an insurance policy that includes permissive use and extends coverage to non-owned vehicles      operated by third parties.

Authorization and Consent

By registering as a customer and listing your vehicle on the platform, you authorize idrv Inc. and our certified drivers to operate your vehicle as part of the service.

Release of Liability

1. idrv Inc. is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or damages occurring during the operation of your      vehicle by our chauffeurs.
2. By utilizing our services, you expressly release idrv Inc. and its affiliates from all liability arising      from the use of your vehicle.

Indemnification Agreement

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless idrv Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your vehicle during our services.

Independent Contractor Status

1. All chauffeurs associated with idrv Inc. are independent contractors and not employees of idrv Inc.
2. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if they perceive any situation to be unsafe or inappropriate.

Right of Refusal by idrv Inc.

idrv Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer in cases of inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or any actions that compromise the safety and integrity of our services.

Payment and Fee Policy

1. Payments for chauffeur services are final and non-refundable.
2. You are responsible for all fees and charges associated with the use of our services.

Refund Policy

Although payments for services are generally non-refundable, we understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please reach out to us at hello@idrv.ai with the subject line "Refund", providing details about your situation. We will carefully review your request and determine if a refund can be issued.

Cancellation Policy

1. idrv Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify chauffeur services at its discretion.
2. Any cancellations initiated by the customer may incur charges as per the cancellation policy outlined in      the app.

Driver Safety Recordings & Data Privacy

For the safety and security of both customers and chauffeurs, idrv Inc. chauffeurs may record video and/or audio during a service.

• Audio Recording: Chauffeurs may record audio  conversations during the ride for safety and quality assurance      purposes. By using idrv services, you consent to such recordings.
• Video Recording: Chauffeurs may record video footage inside and around the vehicle, where there is no reasonable      expectation of privacy. These recordings are used exclusively for safety, dispute resolution, and quality control.
• Notification: By using idrv  services, you acknowledge and agree to these recordings as part of      our safety protocols.

Data Privacy & Security

idrv Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy and securing all recorded data.

• Secure Cloud Storage: All recordings are securely stored using encrypted cloud-based systems that meet industry standards for data security.
• Encryption & Access Control: 
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Only authorized personnel may access recordings, and only for purposes of safety,       dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: idrv Inc. does not sell, share, or distribute recordings to third parties unless      required by law enforcement, court order, or regulatory      authorities.
• Data Retention Policy: Recordings are stored for a limited time and automatically deleted unless required      for an active investigation or legal matter.

Amendment of Terms

idrv Inc. reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or app.

Jurisdiction for Dispute Resolution

2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

App and Web Usage

1. By downloading and using the idrv Inc. app or accessing our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Customers and drivers must comply with the policies outlined on all idrv Inc.-owned platforms, including the App Store and Google Play Store.

Road Legal Vehicles

idrv services can only be used on road-legal vehicles. By using idrv services, you agree that your car is road legal, registered, and actively insured to the minimum legal requirements in the state where idrv services are being used.
